Getting Started on your Custom Order


1) Request Quote


We’re excited to work with you on your Virtual Reality project. The first step is to simply follow this link to Request a Quote and tell us about your project and how we can help you. We'll help you navigate the different options available (button, lenses & head strap), along with the price (including any bulk discounts) and the estimated turnaround time. 

2) Proof Your Design


All custom headset orders require your approval of the final design. The fastest method we offer for this is digital proofing. Once a design has been created, Ruby will deliver a high-resolution PNG of your file which is generated by our in-house design team. Unless you have serious concerns about the color of your printed Virtual Reality headset, we recommend approving your custom design via the digital proof. 3) We Build & Ship


Once you approve the custom headset design, your order is sent to production. Our manufacturing is done right here in the United States, which means we can deliver faster than our competitors while monitoring quality. Production time may vary depending on the volume of the order. Once your order has been completed, Ruby will package and ship to your desired destination!
